Job Shadowing at a cakery?

I get to go to a cakery for 4 hours to watch how it's like to be a baker and everything like that. ANY TIPS?Anything I should avoid?

---Also, i'm super shy and i'm a bit nervous for this because the school assigned the location and who i'll be shadowing for me....__
