I'm gonna say that their early songs like I Want To Hold Your Hand, She Loves You, Ticket to Ride, A Hard Days Night, etc were probably the most popular. Not necessarily their best songs but the most popular because it's what they played at the height of Beatlemania, when the Beatles first appeared in the U.S.

Considering the incredible amount of music they recorded in a fairly short period of time, and the number of #1 hits, I don't think anyone can say which was most popular. Yesterday is one of the most covered songs in history.
