You can go to several places and then just follow the directions. If you have never done it before then choose a simple one where you don't havet to know html.

There are so many ways to do it. First you need to find a web host that will give you a web address. A few websites which give out free URL addresses are Geocities.com, Piczo.com and Angelfire.com although there are LOADS.
You can make a website using HTML but this is really hard, especially for beginners so I would suggest using the ones where you don't need HTML.
I recommend Piczo, because it is unbelievably easy! You can basically add as much text and HTML codes as you like, and the more visitors you have on your site, the more photographs you're allowed to add.
