It is really the problem of the reader and not the Mute Dreamer. I am sure he knows to write and other expression. He will write, paint, show murals, it possible real photographs etc.
If you ask me how a mute will explain his dream by mouth then that is really question

The dumb can write down his dream, immediately after he has it. Even the normal person should write down the dream after it occurs, at night. We forget what we have dreamt very quickly after we get up.
