I want my email to use Outlook Express rather than Internet Explorer.

Not all emails can be accessed through Outlook. You can configure some for Outlook (ex. Gmail, Earthlink, Comcast) other like Yahoo mail and Hotmail will not work with Outlook unless you pay them.

Go to the start menu and click on "outlook express". Then follow the mail setup guide. Your internet provider can give you instructions on how to do this, the info is listed on their website

For using outlook expess for sending and receiving mails , u need to have pop3 access which is paid service on most free email providers like yahoo and hotmail, but pop access is free for gmail accounts , u can access ur gmail mails through outlook express

for this u need to configure ut gmail account settings as well as outlook settings
