no, sorry, this is a shortcoming of notebooks: generally the on-board hardware can not be changed like the graphics card, sound chip etc.

From what i heard u can change the video ram because it usally runs from the system ram. Usally go into the BIOS from the startup go to advaced chipset features and it could be in there (Im only going by my motherboard) if its not in there look though the other tabs untill you somthing along the lines of graphic card. Or there is a usfull over clocking tool called ATi Tool found at
http://www.techpowerup.com/atitool/
it quite safe to use just follow the instructions with it.

Graphic card memory is fixed. Max you can make it twice by puting extra modules into slot. but i is not possible to change it to 128.
