I have taken into account all (gold, silver, diamond, copper, aluminum,zinc, lead, coal ).
Russia is the richest in these minerals as a whole

Russia ! Russia has the greatest mineral wealth of any nation. Many of its resources are yet to be discovered.
The mineral resource which is of greatest value to a nation is OIL ! And Russia has more oil and natural gas reserves than any other nation.
