Only prostitutes want like this. Homely ladies like to enjoy ejaculation inside and if it is thrown out at that peak time they get disgusted. In course of time, if this practice is continued they will develope a hate-redness towards their partner and may not agree to it. It is also dangerous they may seek some one else and have illegal sex to quench their lust. Even for family planning this practice is not safe and ultimately lead to some unwanted results-

Of course it causes an inconvenience for her!
Having said that, some women don't mind it and some do. And some women mind it sometimes and not other times. Partners should communicate about this prior to having to make that split-second decision.
And, by the way, I'm sure you already know this, but withdrawing does not reliably prevent pregnancy.

Just be nice and clean up afterwards, as lovingly as you can. And, by all means, try not to get it on her face--especially around the eyes.
Most importantly, make sure you're still using protection; even pre-ejacute can cause pregnancy and spread disease. It's a good idea to urinate before sex to help reduce the likelihood of causing pregnancy--it cleans out semen left behind from previous ejaculations--but this is NOT a failsafe and you should still use protection.

It would be a very disappointing and frustrating experience for me. We practiced this occasionally as a birth control method. I enjoy having my husband come inside me.
