This should be based on what you really like. I find it's always best to have protein of some sort in the mornings as this provides fuel for the body and helps nourish the brain. Good proteins sources are eggs,yogurt, ham, fish, or beef.

Carbohydrates are important to add in the morning as they give the body fuel and keeps you from feeling hungry. Whole grain cereals such as oatmeal are good for the body in rich in vitamins and minerals. Any boxed whole grain cereal will be good for you.

The main thing is to give your body what it needs in the morning. If you look at the term breakfast and break it down it really means break fast. Your body has been fasting from food for many hours while you slept and you need to give it energy.
