I know exactly where your coming from my hubby is exactly the same way. Its because he's a very anti social person. My hubby comes home from work and goes on the computer his latest thrill is world of warcraft. I went out and made other friends. and other hobbies.

I had a husband who was like this... first it was just the computer, then boxing tapes, then video games then just about everything else but me.... including female friends at work who he would complain to and get sympathy from instead of talking and working things out with his new wife... (Yuck... that sounds bitter... I'm not...honest!) Hopefully you and your hubby have mutual respect and good open, honest communication ... there is a compromise there if both parties are willing to work at it. All the best!

Your husband is probably looking for something he is not getting at home, be it adventure, teasing, or whatever, maybe he feels ignored or unwanted. THat is the most common cause of men ignoring their wife. Maybe he feels that you are nagging him too much (don't take it personal, I don't know the situation} and loses himself in the PC. My father had selective hearing, I am sure it saved him a few times. Here I am on the computer, getting out of the way of .........

well ur husband atleast stays at home, my husband goes out wit frends..i think its just d way men r wired..they have diff needs frm women...they dont need the emotional companionship we do, or atleast not so often....they like their own space..
my husband also plays on the pc after cuming back frm office but he plays card games....and keeps telling me just this last one lol....i can totally understand...do u think the argument of having a pc as a mistress will hold in court? i really wanna find out cozx if it continues for to long i gonna chuck him :-)

i imagine that you may have a heart to heart communicate along with your husband related to precisely the way you experience. even as you probably did element out that you're pregnant you may want to attempt different techniques to furnish your husband the interest that he's yearning. you probably did not element out how late your husband works; possibly you may want to attempt to stay unsleeping till he arrives abode if only for an hour or so. this provides you with the chance to keep him organization even as he eats dinner; both of you may communicate how his day went; replace him on your day, and relay any further concerns that you've.

He has a hobby of the PC. I play games too and it does annoy my wife sometime,
compromise
and say "well play with them for 2 hours" but then play with me or something to that effect....
Dont get angry with him for enjoying something, that's the wrong approach.

Clearly he is a person who prefers games over life and relationships. I would say, let him chose or let him play. He may choose the wrong one but hey. U deserve better attention than that.

my wife and i just went through this. i played WOW .....well lets just say a minimum of five hours a day. i finally had to get a grip. if my wife is busy or otherwise entertained for a period of time me being on the comp is no biggie but if she is bored then its time for some quality time together.

How long have you been married? Better get rid of your internet service before you become invisible altogether. The next step is chat rooms and porn.

My wife sort of felt that way until we got matching computers with DSL - side by side - I use headphones. We actually see and do more stuff, have more conversations than we did before.
