Dexterous, than it is more specific ; skillful in physical movements; especially of the hands; "a deft waiter"; "deft fingers massaged her face"; "dexterous of hand and inventive of mind.
there is also adroit, expert or nimble in the use of the hands or body.
the word comes from the Latin, Dexter, which is skillful, or right handed, which in ancient times meant the same. Sinister was the left hand side, because if you rode a horse in ancient times, you passed each other on the left, so each can see the sword hand clearly. but if you were left handed, you could attack the other person fast and steal their money, thus the word for left became synonymous with under-handed people.
if you can use both hands equally well - you are ambidextrous

I'd give my right arm to be good with my hands!, I am a craftsman and a muscian but I am not good at everything with my hands so I guess the word would be dextrous.
