Thats correct, but they cannot be admitted in a Mental Hospital since the hospital will be already full with communist and congress leaders.
The difference with BJP, cong and communists are:-
BJP have a good vehicle with upstart drivers
Congress have a old vehicle with drunked drivers
Communist have a nice vehicle, and are adament to drive only in water. (think it is supposed to be a bus)
