Why not try first year subjects of both and then decide which you like best and of course the one you do best in. Education is like a smorgasbord, you can test and try a bit of everything to find out what you really like and want to do.
Most of all enjoy this time of your life.

It depends on how you want yourself to be. I would imagine that you should choose Financing if you want to meet more people and want to learn more about financing markets such as hedging, futures, investments etc.

Accounting jobs are more desk bound and analytical in nature.

I am a trained Accountant, but I do not practise it at all.

Ask yourself what you want to learn. Then ask yourself what kind of jobs that knowledge will get you. Then try a little of all classes, which will probably be required in your college anyways. See which classes gives you the knowledge you want. Take those classes and then find jobs that correlates to those classes when you get your degree.
