I have noticed that a lot of women have been treating me like crap at places like banks, stores, etc., if I work out and take care of myself, why can't they just put some effort into themselves instead of HATIN'!!! I'm serious, its really getting on my nerves, when people give you the evil eye or a bad attitude.

In answer to some of your directives toward my "attitude," I treat everyone very well and am often described as people as the "friendliest person" they have eve rmet. I am very nice and treat people as I would want people to treat my mother, so trust me, its not MY attitude. I guess the only thing to say is, if you haven't had the experience, you may not understand. I appreciate what some other people have said in their responses; obviously they have had the same kind of response, for no reason than other people's issues. Thanks!

I also think its highly ironic and funny that some of the answers I have received reflect the EXACT attitude I was speaking against in my very question! I simply asked a question from my own experience, and people have instead chosen to attack me personally, without even knowing me at all, and not even addressing what is a known occurrence. My own sister is chubby, obviously I could care less, but she also doesn't treat people like crap because of it.

Actually you sound like you have some insecurity, attitude issues here. Do you really think these people are going out of their way to be unpleasant to you? It is more likely they have more work, than hours in the day and you perceive for whatever reason, you are being given "the evil eye or a bad attitude".
Why not try saying a friendly 'Hello' and ask them how they are? You will be surprised as to how people who serve the public respond to customers who show an interest in them as people and not just automated people servers.
Good for you for looking after yourself, I do too. I workout, eat healthy however, I am also still overweight.
I was told this by a very wise old person when I was just a kid, " make sure you have clean clothes, a fresh handkerchief and a sunny disposition before you leave home". When I asked why? This was the reply, "No matter how old the clothes if they are fresh and clean you care about you. If you have a clean fresh handkerchief you have a gift to offer, if someone is crying you can give it to them to dry up their tears. It will block the sneeze that carries germs, there are many uses for a clean handkerchief. And most importantly, by having a sunny disposition everyone will see it on and around you and then they too will feel better for having seen or met you".
To finish off, no one else is interested in us to the level we are.

It's because they're envious and they probably don't have the will-power to change their situation by starting a real work out. Don't worry about them, keep working out/taking care of yourself: overweight/unattractive girls, may hate us, but men dont';)

They more they give you the evil eye, the more you flaunt it, Honey. Screw them! If they can't take care of themselves, and I've seen many attractive big women who do, screw them. I just show it off all the more, and give them a knowing wink now and then.

People will always discriminate based on looks. Get used to it. People who aren't thin or cute get it too. No matter what you look like, there will always be people who don't like it.
