My friend's son is 14 yrs of age. He often visits my home. Whenever he comes to my place, he wants me to wear diffenrent shades of Lipstick. He wants to be present near the mirror when I apply Lipstick. Is this behaviour normal? Why is he doing so? Shall I encourage this?

Sounds a little wierd, I don't know your age but he's 14, so he's a walking erection. Everything turns him on. I wouldn't encourage this type of behavior, sounds as if you really get him hot. I really don't think you want him having sexual fantasies about you. so next time just use an excuse to not put on lipstick in front of him.

well some boys do tend to have this instinct. it might be innocent now but if not controlled then it can cause great deal of embaressment when the boy grows up. it is somthing similar to a man's facination to a womans breasts. dont know whether it can be called abnormal but i guess you should try to distract him every time he indulges in such behaviour. start with hiding all yuor make up material whenever the kid comes. and also tell him to go to another room whenever you are geting dressed. do it gently witout scolding.

i'm no longer extremely specific what a circle jerk is,yet while it is what it sounds like,it is not likely unusual i assume...they're probable merely tryin to get off like maximum teenage adult men.maximum possibly,they are going to recover from it.

He is just curious. Boys of that age are going through puberty. Their hormones are changing and they are experiencing things. I don't think his behavior is bad and I think it would be ok to encourage it. Maybe talk to his Mother?!

honestly, it is probably an early sign that he is gay. let your friend know about her son's behaviour, and you two can make a joint decision whether or not to encourage it.
