My connection with Liewire is very strong, but how come i still get only 1kb dnload all the time.?

i'm using broadband...

You should edit your settings/options.

Set the download speed to unlimited.
Set the upload speed to a decent 10 kbps.

Then download @ full speed. Have fun!
