Could you tell me how for exemple NFL matches schedule works. There is always only one match time but which time zone it is? The same with TV schedule. Is there any official US time or sth?

I beleive the NFL publishes its schedules based on eastern standard time. So if a game starts at say 5PM on the east coast, then it's at 4 in central, 3 in mountain, and 2 on the west coast.

I don't know about the NFL matches schedule, but there are four time zones in the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii.) On the eastern time zone it's about 5:45 a.m., central 4:45, mountain 3:45 and Pacific 2:45.

There is no "official" US time zone. It just depends on where the game is being held, but usually NFL games play nationwide at the same time regardless of timezone.

US Time Zones only exist because of a Congressional Mandate that was started in the middle of the 1900s. Time Zones for the purposes of everything in the US are done every 10-15 degrees of longitude. This would explain why certain parts of certain states have more than one time zone. For more info check out the link provided.

i believe there are 4 time zones in the Us pacific standard time, mountain time zone, central time, and eastern time. That runs from west to east. It is an hour difference from one zone to the next. If it is 7pm in CA (pacific) it is 8pm in WY (mountain), 9pm in KS (central), and 10pm in NY (eastern) as far as TV times i believe it time is given according to where station comes out of. hope this helps.
