ok, I am going thru a divorce, and I was at my ex's house (my stuff still there, he wont let me take anything untill there is a court order to allow me) and I was trying to talk to him about some agreements and how we can get along better especially for our kids...anyways, he starts doing that blamming bullcrap that i did this and this and thats why our marriage failed...so, i look over and i see on this bookshelf the container that he kept his steroid pills in (and yes its the illegal ones) and he said he "sold them" when we were battling the drug issues in court. anyway, i got so fed up with him telling me how i messed everything up...i grabbed that container and said "no, THIS is why YOU f**ked up..and i flushed the pills down the toilet before he could stop me. some of them missed and fell on the floor and he was picking them up like he was a tweeker. so now he is REALLY pissed off at me, and this shouldnt be used against me in court should it? wait...he would be a complete idiot..

i know its not going to be used against me in court...but i am wondering if he is going to say something like "she came into my house and after a disagreement she started throwing away my things"...i know he would be an idiot to do anything like that. i guess any comments about watching out for from him would be nice...or even if what i did was worth it, because i feel really...great... for finally doing something like that to him...

I think he would be crazy to mention it, because there is a chance it would come out in court exactly what things he was talking about.

Your the idiot.
First off, you have thrown his personal property away and that was not your property to do that. Even though it was illegal pills, you have no right to destroy any property that doesn't belong to you and I am saying this from a matter of law and where the issues stand.

Displaying that kind of behavior is a wonder why you both lasted this long anyway and by what you said, I wouldn't of married you at all. There are two sides to a Woman, the good side lovely at heart and the Evil side that comes out during divorce. You showed your true colors and that is why your marriage fails amongst other things.
If you think real hard what I am saying here you know what I am talking about.

If the house is in both of your names then you have very right to go and take what ever is yours and he would be a fool to try and use his precious steroids as part of HIS belongings anyway, you can go to the police and they will organise an escort to come with you while you get your belongings and anything else that you think you deserve

no, that happening won't hinder your statusin regards to your divorice proceedings. IF YOU WANT YOUR REAL PROPERTIES, CALL THE POLICE AS AN ESCORT & ENFORCER, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PROPER TRANSPORTATION THAT DAY SO YOU CAN HAUL ANY BIG ITEMS, IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR EX WAS POPPING MORE OF THE STEROIDS THAN HE WAS SELLING. GOD BLESS

If they were illegal drugs he'd be a fool to mention it. You can call the police they will go with you to get your stuff.
