The Brothers Hilderbrandt. They were amazing as one could start a painting and the other finishe it and you couldn't tell where one finished and the other started. They did a lot of great work on Lord of the Rings and Star Wars. I also like Frank Frazetta and Boris Vallejo. There is John Byrne and Neal Adams. I like Da Vinci, too.

Chick is up for another Grammy for best jazz album.
He is playing another classical concert tonight in Europe with a symphony orchestra.
And he is a wonderful human being with a keen sense of humor and a great family!

Andy warhol. His lack of humanity in his paintings become very human. and that i love his way of creating life into paintings. His production facility in enormous apple turned right into a living paintings piece.. drama, tousled human beings, attractiveness, plastic, glitter, drugs, drag queens... He loved artifice as a fashion of revealing human weaknesses and truths. Artifice become the real 'actual self' to Andy. assistance on the thanks to conceal who we extremely are.. and if we stare at that artifice lengthy adequate, it truly is going to grow to be clear and we abruptly see the reality as sparkling as day. Artifice is the suitable assure of human self knowledge and suffering. He become painter (although he swore he couldn't paint) sculptor, filmmaker, audiomanipulator (if it really is a be conscious..) and silk screener. He become father to a twisted kinfolk of superstars. Human faults were his paintings. He showcased superstars and well-known human beings, automobile injuries and A bombs, disappointment and suicide (inspect his Marylin Monroe) He showcased his well-known soup cans and brillo boxes. He loved the case, the sphere.. the ingredient that holds the reality and the exterior that illustrates the interior. (if it says brillo on the container, there could be brillo pads interior. If it says artifice on the container, there is oftentimes someone attempting to conceal on the interior..) etc... a minimum of it really is a few of what i'm getting from him.. I have a pastime for the images of Richard Avedon. He completely switched over the variety international with a sparkling way of photographing fashions. Like Andy, he had a fashion of bringing out the humanity of his topics by way of the aritifical nature of his style. although he turned right into a techniques a lot less tousled. RIP good associates...

Tough question! If I could meet one artist it would have to be either Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Eminem or Jay-Z. I find them all so inspirational.
