After a month or so he feels this heart ache again but this time it's not for a while but kept hurting him. he went to hospital and told him that he strained a muscle from his lung. is this possible? or is he lying to me? please help me, i'm afraid he is hiding something from me since he is all the time answering me "i dont know" regarding his health issues. thanks

I don't think your lungs is an actual muscle,i think the solar plexus muscle actually moves the lungs into breathing.
You should try to talk to a doctor about it or look it up.
