Time just is. It allows us to age, and gives us our routines (wake up, sleep, go to work, etc.). Time has the ability to make it seem like it "flies by" or "takes forever." That's the interesting part, because time stays constant. It doesn't go faster or slower. Time will always be an important thing in our lives, and it will always remain that way "until the end of time." Cherish and enjoy your time here on earth, and with loved ones, because it's over too quickly.

You know this... I was thinking about that the other night. I take it your point is that time passes us too quickly, the kids are no longer babies and the lines on your face are slightly more predominant than they were last month and you are wondering where the last 10 years of your life has gone!

Last time you looked it was 1996 and The Spice Girls were becoming popular, a huge explosion rocked Manchester, The Dunblane Massacre happened, a bomb rocked Atlanta Olympics and the siege of Sarajevo was officially over.

Got me thinking again...

'Time' does not exist. What you call 'Time', is purely a subjective, man made, definition of experience of a quantum effect. The arrogance of the human race to actual label and measure time is an act so immeasurably deluded that it defies belief.

I think we all do what we can when we can and as well as we can at the moment. Time might just be a never ending circle, or an infinite line, or many intersecting lines. It just seems to keep on going though.

Time is perception and it is relative to the perceiver. it doesn't actually go anywhere. have a look at Einstien's theory of General Relativity.
