TNG: The one where they all DE-evolve & turn into creepy mosters!!! Remember the Reggie-Spider monster? And the Worf Monster?? AWESOME!!! lol
Second fave: TNG: When those creepy brain-critters take over Starfleet! That guys HEAD explodes! Nasty!
OK last one!: The Locutus (sp?) Saga!!!! :D

Well, its hard to stay in just one or two series, but here goes...
In TNG... "The Inner Light." Picard lives the entire life of a man, from a young married couple, through children and grandchildren, and the death. Their planets star is dying and the people sent up a probe, hoping that it would be found and their memorys would never be lost. Its a good character study. I've always been more interested in the character stories more than the gadget of the week.
In Voyager, I liked "The Year of Hell." Its a two-parter about a year in the lives of the crew going through literal hell. I don't really care for what I call 'reset button episodes' but this one was a little different. It had more of the character development that I like.
I have favorite episodes from all the series, of course. I'm a Trek fan from the beginning. If it helps you to be separate from me by calling me a Trekkie, then thats fine. But, I don't need any labels.

Either the one where Data creates a daughter or the one where the starfleet officer wants to dis-assemble Data to make more of him and Picard defends him in court (and I think that was actually the title as well).
