I need to report a crime in Beijing China but I am having problems finding a phone number to call to speak to the police department. Does anyone know how to go about this? No, I do not speak Chinese.

That's the police number in China.
But they only investigate the case if the value exceeds 2000 RMB
No matter what if you're in trouble you can call 110. They will get to you pretty fast if you need.

If you know the location city you can dial 411 ask for listing for police in that area -worth a try maybe

110,I called them once when I lost my cell phone,and they sent the police wagon with few cops to pick me up,help me to find it back
