Why Do YOu Get On Polls and Surveys For??

how many hrs do you usually spend i get on when the kids go to bed then this is my free time but i wonder about others i mean the way they have there answers on here some are so rude they take it out on ppl on here

Well, I wrote a question (about regional gatherings for Yamsters), and so I wanted to see the answers. And there, at the bottom of the screen, were other questions in the same category. So here I am.

But polls and surveys generally is how I find out whether other people share my ideas, or if I'm off the wall. I guess many of us want to know we are not alone in our opinions and interests.

Then there is the time when you cannot decide about something, and you want some advice. Putting it in polls and surveys means you really don't need much more than a word or two of answer, but you want a lot of people to see the question. So you don't put it in the category of the topic (in my example, Yahoo Products > Yahoo Answers), but where just about any Yamster can read it.

It hadn't occurred to me that there were people who specialize in the polls & surveys category.

Pure Fun~But Some People Take Things Way Too Seriously & Don't Have A Sense Of Humor...

If I Want To Ask A Serious Question Or Seek An Answer To A Question, I Would Post It In That Specific Category...

I spend maybe a half hour to maybe just less than an hour. Some if them are pretty pathetic, but there are others that I've gotten nice rewards for. Cash and products both.

I have met so many loving people here, the haters fade into the background. Most of my life is spent on the computer, my profession is using computers. yahoo has brought a new world of friends. hope you find more love here than hate also.

i just spend some extra time at 3:00 - 6:00 in the morning when i can listening to music because no one is up and i don't feel like reading, anymore, i just like to express my opinions, and generally keep myself located to entertainment and music
