Start at your local stationery or craft shop. They may not have a wide range but can give you good advice on the best ranges as they get feedback from customers. (Always tell your supplier if a product is exceptionally good or bad this will help to improve supplies). There are lots of sites on the internet but the additional carriage cost and the fact that a picture is not as good as seeing the article is a disadvantage so this is best left to when you want a large order of things you know, need something uncommon or want to try potluck.

If you can travel try Hobbycraft fairs held in a number of cities or go to a Thorpe Park craft fair. These have large numbers of exibitors and you can sign up for workshops to try out new products and techniques.

I have found numerous stamps and glitter on eBay, so that's my favorite place, however you can always find them at your local crafts stores. If you have Michaels or Joann's. Either is great, if not, you can always shop Joann's online and they usually have great discounts and coupons you can use online as well. Good luck!
