Have children, have a career and skip the man! Key to a blissful life. Only you wouldnt have children if you could not afford the house, university fees and so on. We all know trashy folk have kids and live off benefits, but really for intelligent people who want the best for their children money is the big issue and of course finding a man to commit, by the time most women do these day both partners fertility is a problem. Most women I know what children but the man is not ready and sometimes their married.

I would not, although I like children, its my opinion that the world is heading for some very dark times, with global warming, third world nations developing nuclear weapons among other things. We have probaly got about forty years before the planets population is in a difficult situation. Sorry to sound so gloomy!

I would not. Simply because my uterus is not a housing unit and the world is far too over populated with too many unwanted children. I have no need to fill up my ego with procreating my genes. I'm not so special that I feel the need to spew out a baby and make worse a problem such as overpopulation. Short answer, I care. Too many people breed because they are selfish, think too highly of their genes and/or are afraid of dying alone. Just friggin' adopt if you like kids that much instead of ignoring the unloved, unwanted and abuse children that already exist.

My boyfriend doesn't know it yet, but give me a few more years till I finish college and get a job.
I love baby's. I know I'm not ready right now to have any. I spent a year after I graduated helping my grandmother with her foster children. She wasn't able to care for the newborn because she had breast cancer and was weak from it all, so I took over and raised him for nine months. It was tough, and tiring, but I'd do it again in a heart beat. :P

Indeed. Who would. Although I think my decision was made purely because of the way I was treated as a child and I never wanted a child of mine to go through what I did. I've had counselling and although I understand why my parents acted the way they did, I can never forgive them.

I wouldn't. My outlook on kids is this: Nice place to visit, wouldn't wanna live there. I do like kids, but I would make a very bad mother, since my career is my top priority and I don't really like men.

I've got a little girl don't want her to be an only one so are going to have another one but i worry about the world I'm bringing them in to and is it selfish to have them the way the world is xx
