Well she can act like she wants, sounds to me like you want a subservient woman to serve you. So, when a lady doesn't act the way you want you get in a tiff and post questions like this. Act like a man.

Why do you want to 'handle' her dear XYZ?
If it is because you hate her (your question reflects it), then just forget it. Handle yourself rather than her. Hatrate can take you only so far! Maybe you want revenge for something! In that case, you can go much further. You can ruin your peace of mind, you can bring more unhappiness to yourself. But remember, in all this, it she who is handling you and not the vice versa!
If it is because you love her (I don't think so), love her more. Love can take you much further in the positive direction.
If it is because you feel morally or socially obliged to do so, then fix that screw in your head. It is about to fall off! She will learn her lessons herself. You have no business going out of your way to teach her!
If it is because you are in a situation where you or somebody close to you cannot avoid her, then just be very firm and formal in your behavior. She will get the message and won't bother you.

Treat her the same as you would a child of 10 years old. Talk to her firmly, and state what you know, like "you have no reason to be mad" or whatever. Tell her that you dont approve of how her behaviour is affecting those around her, and explain why, like as if she were a little kid. if you address her directly she will be more like a deer in headlights. Or pee on her.

Just dump the *****!! I used to know one like that called Evgeniya Karimova, she tried to play with me once and as a result of her behaviour, instead of being well off now, she has to live in a miserable village in the middle of the **** of kazakhsomething

Dude, why do you still know this girl. Get outa there.
That is unless this is all how you construct her in your mind because she is a normal girl who's had some boyfriends and you are stalking her, but she rebuffed you.
If that's not the case, hire several big girls to slap her up. You can't do it, because you'd be arrested; but they can tell you what it felt like after.

Run away in the other direction as fast as you can, not really, if those things bother you, why seek her company? Look for kind of people you'd be proud to be associated with, and distance yourself from her in any way you can, no matter the cost...

i think the best thing to do is to ignore her completely. if she really cares for you she will come back to you and ask for an explanation. state your problems and make sure she understands.
alternatively you could complain to her father and if all her loved ones turn against her she will change. apply the right amount of pressure but not to much cause she may start to rebel further.
oh and please don't hurt her violence always leads to more hate.

Laugh at her. If you try to control her, try to give her some sort of "morality," you're just playing her game.
So either ignore her outright, or get her to play your game by your rules. If she gets into your reality, and there's only honesty allowed, she'll be honest. If you try to handle her, like she's the selector and you have to chase her, you'll just be giving her the type of attention she's learned to savor.
