playstation 3?

Question

I recently bought a ps2 two days ago. I rented resistance, and it was great. I heard people saying that it had trouble with backwards compatibility, but I played all my ps2 games, and they looked great on hd. Its prob cause sony re-released the ps3 in jan right? I want to know why people keep bashing the ps3. They say that the games stink, well some do, but for crying out loud it just came out. Im sure that in a year, there will be much better games. What is your opinion n the re-released ps3.

People jump on technology to fast. When the xbox came out people said it sucked because it didnt have enough games and the technology was too complicated for some software producers. Well low and behold a couple years later the xbox was just as good as the ps2. When it came to games xbox had some good titles. They were eventually able to get some games that could only play on the ps2. With the ps3 its going to take a little while before the true capability of the system is realized. The core processer and the blu ray capability will snuff the 360 in the ground. 50 gb of space vs 15gb. Jee I wonder which one computer programmers are going to go for. With games like virtua fighter 5 and Metal Gear, the PS3 will be the system to have this year. BTW, Resistance fall of man is a fun game. I've already beaten it twice and am going for a third time.

im guessing u ment ps3. to answer some of ur questions said...the ps3 does have SOME problem with ps2 games but not all. most will look fine. PS3 was released in november by the way. people who hate the ps3 probably cant afford one or just nintendo or microsoft fanboys. ps3 DOES NOT upscale ps2 games to HD. Games will stink and some will be succesful...it just came out u have to give the system time! 2007 is said to be its year with a great list of games coming! the online is free wich is good too. but XBOX Live will remain as the best for now.

There is this guy in class who's bro went to japan and bought a PS3 and he says it's coool. But i think it's better to have a PS3 coz like PS1 the games might not be made any more. So i suggest you get a PS3

i have Ps3. I got it before christmas.
Up till now, it never goes berserk on me.
Everything run smooth and games look amazing on HD..

apart from PS2 game looking crappy when played on PS3 -coz PS2 games are never meant to be played at more than 480p, i have no complain.. (that's why i am keeping my PS2).

And yes.. with MGS4 and FFXIII coming up this end of 2007, those suckers who keep bashin PS3 will probably sulk like nobody's business.
Or probably they'll cave in and buy a PS3 too..

Right now they're probably jealous coz they couldn't afford it. that's why they keep convincing others and themselves that PS3 sucks.
