yes thats true condoms are not 100 per cent safe .experts say they are only 97 per cent safe. although they are used for preventing pregnancy they are the only contrsceptives available for helping to prevent STDS . of course when they tear pregnancy or STDS can occur our only best prevention is abstinence and safe sex

No it says on the box that they are only 97% safe. It's not the best form of birth control. It may be a good form of preventing STD's but not birth control.

There are warnings which state that condoms are not 100% effective; however, it's also possible that you placed it on improperly. If you're worried about this happening again, perhaps you can convince your partner to use birth control pills.
