i read that the government in Norway might pass a law that it would be legal to have that kind of relationship with your 'pet'!!!
many people in Norway and Sweden are saying that a pet(dog or cat) usually live for like 15 years, so those people who have pets might start liking them sexually and would start loving them.... so people there are complaining that why is it illegal???
the government said that it would be legal to do that only if the pet would not be 'hurt'.
what's your opinion?!
i think it's gross.

No, I do not think it should be legalized because an animal can't consent to the act. Some people may say that an erection is a sign of consent, but men raped by other men have had erections just from the stimulation without enjoying it and still not wanting it to happen and courts do not equate an erection with consent.
Similarly, many places don't allow people under a certain age, who are intoxicated, or are mentally retarded to have sex with someone who is over a certain age, not intoxicated, or not retarded because the former does not have the ability to consent.
Overall, I do not think animals have the state of mind to consent, nor the ability to show if they did.
However, one could argue that sex is far better than the legal killing of certain animals that happens all the time.......

there are more human beings desirous of sex. are we going back to bestiality. animals are to be loved i am sure they would like to have sex with one of their own kind. it would be ridiculous if such a law is passed.
