Why anyone would call a mother asking a question about her baby an idiot is beyond me!!!
I would take the bub to the GP for a check. It could be thrush, it could be from a chewing on a toy, it could be from hot or spicy food and it could have a medical origon like a vitamin deficiency.Never hurts too ask.no question is a silly one when you have littlies.

Some children are prone to ulcers..very prone. I have a 15 year old who constantly has them and many at once. You can use bonjela or boots sore mouth jel to help...assuming it is just mouth ulcers and not something more serious.
They are normally the sign that they are "run down". If your worried or he complains take him to see the GP......There is very little they can do for ulcers, but might just check there is not something else going on. My experience is they tell you to live with it!

I think he is dehydrated. Let him drink warm water and fresh fruit juice regularly. Let him eat crunched fruits, vegetables and steam food regularly. This will heal his ulcer soon.
