I have a PC which is "Intel (R) ,Pentium (R) 4CPU,1.70 GHz.
1.70 GHz,128 MB of RAM.and it's monitor is Philips Banded but CPU is Dell Banded.Now When I strat my PC ,i found all files and Icons look red .I also change it to another CPU but not good result.
HOw can I get my previous Clear monitor ( which is available in normal PC)?

this's strange indeed y u got this problem.i suggest u take ur cpu n monitor to the shop to find out the exact problem.maybe ur cpu can't support ur monitor.

Your monitor cable is defective, in case of bad luck its the monitor itself.

I would say your video card is screwy and looking at your spelling and stuff id suggest you take it to a shop.
