Get to a stylist and get her to use bleach and then another natural color. Doing it yourself will royally screw up her hair. A stylist can fix it properly. Also, the color will be weird if she does a home job. Tell her to read the label next time!

I'm not a pro and never dye my hair but I have heard of hair bleaching. I don't know if you can bleach it out first then dye it another color. Ask a beauty salon over the phone.

Goodness! I would not recommend re-dying the hair because it might cause too much stress on hair and damage it.
Call a beauty salon tomorrow...

a hairdresser would be best to go to asap
as they can strip the colour off
another option would be to put a dark brown or black rinse/hair dye ontop
but she will need lots of conditioning treatment for her hair

You'll need a hair stripper, you can't do it on your own without using anything you'll have to strip it and re dye it.

Use Dawn dish detergent on it,make sure to use conditioner every time you use the dish soap. Don't use hair color remover on it becuase it's really harsh and will damage the hair.
