Its not a mount problem.
More so directed towards the fluid and filter.
I would have the transmission fluid changed and the filter as well.
Depending on how long this problem has been going on without being checked will determine if the whole tranny will need to be replaced.

i might verify the build date of the motor vehicle (there's a plate on the physique of the motor vehicle once you open the door). no remember if that is an early 1995, do away with it. We owned a 1995 that became between the early build automobiles. It became between the extra serious automobiles we owned. The engine, transmission, aircon, stereo, sunroof, potential antenna, cv joints, wheel bearings, shift knob, and so on all failed. i've got been informed which you never prefer to purchase between the 1st automobiles produced - whilst there's a substantial substitute. As they build extra automobiles, the producer properly-knownshows out issues and that they alter the motor vehicle, so an early 1995 would be diverse from a overdue 1995. 1995 is the 1st 12 months for the Millenia, so be careful. Sounds like a dirty transmission filter. Get your transmission serviced (filter and fluid changed).
The gunk in the filter slows the passing of the oil when cold. As the transmission oil warms it can pass through the filter faster and the slipping goes away.

That is my best guess without test driving or running pressure tests on the transmission. And my #1 suggestion to most automatic transmission customer complaints.

I bet it has a lot of miles too. Looks like no one ever did a drain and fill on it, and now it slips when cold. Don't even bother with any service at this point; you'll just cause an untimely death of your transmission. Seriously. Just drive it until the trans gives out and replace it later. No trans shop will tell you this either.

Yea, its not a mount. Check the fluid, if it is off color, brownish (it should be a dark red / maroon color) or smells like burnt toast / popcorn it is most likely to late, your transmission has sustained damage. You need to quit driving this car immediately and get it to a transmission specialist.
