My friend's mother works for Macy's. Her job is to travel different places in the country to find models to pose for the Macy's catalog. What is this career called? Any info will help a lot. Thanks.

I would refer to your friends mom as a tallent scout. Either that or a recruiter.
But she does have an awesome job. Imagine the people she would get to meet.
