As long as someone makes a buck off of the whole cherade then no, there will be no end and yes "whitey" will always pay for the sins of someone else's fathers, until genocide eliminates the problem, it is bound to happen due to the process of natural selection. It isn't working in S. Africa and I doubt if it will work in the USA.

no, because as long as there's been people there has been
racism..sometimes people and the ones who are racism
feel better by taking a group of people either color or religion
to come down on.
