the game ends after thirty game years - which is weird, because most harvest moon games are infinite - they can keep going til year 1000...
secrets? you don't need any - there hardly are any anyway. you can take a trip over to http://www.gamefaqs.com though, and do a search for "harvest wonderful special" to find the link to the ps2 game in question

The game ended after the 6th chapter, with each chapter is around a year.
The whole 6 chapters are spreaded in around 30 years of the protagonist' lifetime, he was in his 20's in the 1st chapter, while he was in his 50's in the 6th chapter. There's a few years time skip between the chapters.
However I think the game allowed you to save your progress after you finished it, making a ''wonderful life' into an 'eternal life'.
