i think that the cop was more interested in teaching me a lesson than getting me in trouble...cause he put me in the back of the cop car w/ handcufs, and then l8tr told me i was a good kid and let me go w/ a ticket...which he lowered the violations by alot

In a perfect world yeah you'd have a good chance, and if he wanted to "teach you a lesson" you would've got a warning ticket. Chances are the town you got it in is slow.... If ya don't get it soon then maybe he "dropped" it, but I would still call because things DO get lost in the mail and you don't want to end up with a warrant for failure to pay

I agree with shovelkicker. The best thing to do is call the pd in the town u got the ticket and ask them. You would hate to get pulled over again to find out u have a FTA in another town due to a paperwork mix up.

It would be of help had you specified what the violations were, by the way you can expect the other ticket in the mail. If they thought that you were a good kid why did you get a ticket?

If he took the time to write it out, he took the time to turn it in.
I think they are just really slow. Could be a chance that the address he wrote on the ticket was not readable and that is why you have not gotten it yet.

lets hope for the best that it just got lost in a paperwork shuffle.

Chances? Slim ta git the hell outta here.
It's all about revenue for the city/county.
Doubtful they're gonna let any money go, as they need all they can misappropriate.
