Pak1789's answer is correct.

Florida's school districts are organized by county, and there are 67 counties in Florida. So - find out the COUNTY that you are moving to, go to their web-site, and download the salary schedule.

Please be aware that Florida is a very diverse state financially. Housing costs vary greatly from one part of the state to another. You might want to check a real estate web-site, such as Realtor.com, to find out housing costs. Also, contact a real estate agent personally (on the phone). They would probably tell you how much rent you would expect to pay in their area for an apartment, a home, etc.

Also - you mentioned "elementary." In Florida, a teacher is a teacher. An elementary teacher gets paid the same as a high school chemistry teacher.

Hope that helps.

Look at the websites of the school districts in the area you are interested in. If you click on "Personnel," "Human Resources," or "Employment," you may be able to find a salary schedule. Many districts post them online.

Maybe 30-40 thousand a year? Not sure. Give them a call and ask them.
