Batman and Superman going against Captain America and Iron Man. WHO WOULD WIN AND THE WINNER TAKES ON THE X-MEN.

You ask a good question but there is a lot of variables. Which version of the team. Location, motivation, who has the element of surprise.
Well first thing we have to do is determine the line up.
For the Avengers I will use what I term the all star team:
Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, Black Panther.
Superfriends will be Superman, Batman, Robin, Aquaman, Wonder Woman and I will add Green Lantern so as not to give the Avengers a numerical advantage.
Thor will be able to take out Superman (Thor Magic-Superman vulnerable to magic). Black Panther would distract Batman by threatening Robin so Quicksilver could knock him out. Scarlet Witch's probability hex would sap Green Lantern's ring charge, to his credit Hal Jordan would throw a few punches but get knocked out in the end. Iron Man's armor should prove protection from Wonder Woman's magic lasso, his repulsor rays would knock her out,as for Aquaman-don't make me laugh.
Round Two
Classic Early X-Men line up: Storm, Professor X, Nightcrawler, Colossus, Banshee, Cyclops.
The key to the Avengers victory is the history of the X-Men themselves. Professor X while a smart man is not used to commanding in the field, Cyclops is more used to defensive actions, the Avengers on the other hand have Captain America (a World War II vet used to fighting and attacking and not afraid of the loss of life) and Thor used to the same on the scale of the gods for thousands of years.
Thor would defer to Captain America, the attack would be quick and aimed against the X-Men's weaknesses. Other than his beams Cyclops would be taken by the stealth of the Black Panther. Storm would be distracted and fall either before Thor whose own weather related powers are mystic and can override anything she can throw at them. They would have the most trouble against Nightcrawler, but Quicksilver's speed and lighting fast perceptions would eventually capture him. Iron Man's repulsor rays vs Banshee's scream . Good one they might be evenly tied but Iron Man his a human missile flying at you at mach one, it is going to hurt. The rest of the X-Men would fall easily after that.
The long and short of it is they don't call them Avengers for nothing.

superfriends had superman and green lantern (first season at least)... those two together or separately could take out the entire avengers, then the x-men... wouldnt even need batman & robin, wonder woman, flash, aquaman, hawkman, atom, green arrow, wonder twins, cyborg, firestorm, apache chief, black vulcan, samurai, el dorado, or any other superfriend i am forgetting...
but to answer your question as asked, superman would tear the armor off of iron man in half a second... batman and captain america would have a long drawn out fight, but in the end, batman would win... barely...

Seeing as Superman is all-powerful, he could destroy Captain America and Iron Man in about 2 seconds....
If you think about it...he has all his powers AND can move at the speed of light...really...any battle he might have should be over in the blink of an eye....

Butch and the Woim might want to apply Kryptonite on Superman, then placed Aquaman in a tanning sales area only for kicks. Buckwheat and Porky might want to tie WW up in her own magic lasso, renderering her helpless AND conserving her the heck faraway from Darla and handing her that Feminist jazz. Batman and Robin might want to swoon over Alfalfa's crooning, confirming what we already understand and lowering them to ineffectual laughingstocks. the sweetness Twins, not being adults yet, might want to defer to the administration of Spanky. ALL youngsters stick with Spanky. RASCALS, toddler!

batman just needs to use his gadgets to hit iron man n captain America to decommission them ...superman can take on wolverine by bending n breaking the addy bones... lol super man will lose to jean n prof x
