In paragraph 2, first sentence, the correct spelling is arose. I think modernization is the american version. Suggest using modernisation instead.
In para 2, line 2, you have "it" twice (made it it difficult).
The last sentence is not complete but looks like you are heading for errors. "modernization in equals" does not sound right.

change the following :
on the east side/on the west side
arose (not arouse, that means something different)
arose, (you need a comma because it improves the cadence)
...enter the building, especially under windy conditions (sounds better)
modernized by means of hopper doors ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDE being changed into automatic ones composed of ALUMINUM (not aluminium, that is british spelling) and glass
....of the office doors cost $19.
There are several words that would be different depending upon whether or not you are English or American. Modernize has an s instead of a z in British English. Aluminum is spelled aluminium in British English. I assume you are American since you refer to monetary values in $.
Also, don't be discouraged by people who have nothing better to do than harass people asking for homework help. They just want to assert some sort of false superiority. Your grammar is not bad, you just have a couple of specific types of mistakes which you repeat, overall you seem to have the right idea.

para 1 would read better - .....left for the modernisation of two doors, one from the eastern .....etc etc
para 2 should be "....modernisation arises due .....
and also it would sound better if you put "the eastern and western hopper doors were replaced by automatic ones made ... etc
Rather than using the word equal it would be better to use the word "cost", so it would be "the modernisation of the office door cost $19 .
The last sentence isn't going to make sense as the words "in equals" is not correct. Not sure if "The total value of modernisation of the doors is $xxx" is what you are meaning
Good luck with your homework, hopes this helps a little

I don't 'nderstand' you are moderni'z'ing something, and you talk in 'dollars' Can you speak and write in American?
Being English myself, I am somewhat concerned that you even want to be understood in the very poorly spelt, grammatically incorrect American idiom that passes for English.
Come to that is it not strange, that Americans, speak and write in English, but have no comprehension of what actual English is?
The spell checker on Yahoo is absolute proof of this, having been compiled by somebody who speaks American English rather than the correct iteration of English.
Leave that as an aside, what are you hoping to achieve?
If you want to know if what you have written makes sense, then the answer is emphatically NO!

I think you just need to change z and make it s in modernization.
