Does Myspace have the ability to disable a mash-up/remix?

Anyone have a myspace artist page and makes mash-ups and breakbeats? This happened to me and I was curious about mash-up rules in general. If you name the artist and song that you remixed in your song's title is it still considered unlawful/illegal?

i'm not sure. i know that it is unlawful to repost an unoriginal song on your page as your own though.

yes, myspace does have the right to disable any of your mash up ... =[ , but u see the song ridin' dirty was remixed to "white and nerdy" and myspace didnt do anything so i am guessing its safe
