Homework Help?
I need to write some prose, poems and plays, but I don't have the inspiration to do now right now, I am having a writer's block. Please give me some interesting and creative themes/titles/essay questions so that I can brainstorm and write successfully, (e.g. Write a story that ends with the phrase "and there were none", Write a poem with the title "The human nature"). And to make it clear, I am doing my homework. I am writing my own poems, my own prose, my own plays. I do not simply ask for links to websites to copy homework. It is not wrong to ask for inspiration, and it is not wrong to try to get a spark to induce creativity. I am not asking for answers, I am asking for questions. Please do not insult me by telling me to do my homework, do think of the fact that I am NOT copying, not asking for answers, but questions instead, not asking others to do my work for me.Thank you for your help in advance.

This is for a project, where I have to write 12 plays/prose/poems. Thank you for all those who helped in my previous, similar questions!

For the poem:
Why [humans] question/wonder about everything...
Imagining/day dreaming/dreaming....
Power (why people crave it).....etc.

Fantasy is really fun/easy to write, and I like listening to The Decemberists for inspiration (they write a lot of their songs about mythology or other random stuff, but a lot of their songs are really good if you like indie music.)

Try looking at a few mythology or folklore tales or a [book with] a lot of short stories, and then if you haven't already, sleep on it (you subconsciously make a lot of decisions in your sleep) and then decide in the morning. You can also write about dreams you or someone else has had (the stranger the better) and you can twist it into a story. I usually overcome writers block (most often) when I wake up in the middle of the night (if you do just write something down or think of something random because when you're not entirely awake you think more like you do in dreams in a way which can be really story-inspirational) or the next morning.

Good luck :]
