You can grow for another 5 to 6 years. Hop and jump and hang like Gorilla. Take lysine amino acid in the diet. But expect to add another 2 to 3 inches to your present height. Not moe than that. That should not be bad.

Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL3Ec , grow taller 4 Idiots.

You can't alter your genetic coding. You can eat better, more nutritiously and that can increase all growth. Healthy everything! Go to the library and read about nutrition. Height is one of those things you inherit, but you can encourage some growing. I would not mess around with those quick grow kits or genetically alter yourself to be taller. I would eat better. And wait and see how tall you're meant to be. Some guys and girls get their growth spurts later. Michael Jordan didn't grow tall until he was in his 20's. In high school he was only 5' 11". He grew to 6' 4" from 18-24.

Height does not matter if you are a talented human being. There are million examples of celebrities who are/were of 5'2", so concentrate on studies and career and not on height.
Height depends upon hereditary aspects also so sometimes nothing works. However you can try for swimming and some gym apparatus for getting few inches more but not 6'2".

Face the fact that you'll never be 6'2". You have few more years to grow but you ot gonna grow and foot for sure. Do lot of stretching exercise to maximise your increase but forget an increase of one foot. I would aim to be 5' 7" and be happy at that. And thats not too bad a height.

Your height is determined by genetics, so I suggest you don't worry about it and be grateful you're not 4' 2" or shorter. Either that or do like Barney Fife did in an episode of the old Andy Griffith Show....get a chin noose and hang from a rope with your feet not touching the ground.....now doesn't that sound like fun? Better go with my first suggestion.

Growing is genetics, though I would not know how to increase anyone's height, you still have five more years to be growing. If your parents are of average height then you will be too, if they carry a gene to be tall, then chances are good that you will grow taller. Give it some more time.
