The head and mind is always the source of craziness and it really should have the feature of being able to be taken off and washed out! or at least it should have an OFF switch.....I ask: who designed us, anywayz????
For those who are sensitive and aware of the heart, the mind is even louder---it's noise and confusion and a million trumpets blaring "do this, do that! etc" It's totally insane!
Meditation is a way out of the head and into the heart.
Now schedule that appointment and I'll see yah next week!

I scored so high on my placement tests, the (cheesewagon) community college could not understand why my math scores were so low. I took an IQ test that proved that while I have an above average IQ, your 4th grader beat my *** in math. I have ADHD. News to me, I'm 30(somethin') and Now I Know!!?? Oh goody. Gimmie my damn meds.

when I was 12 I was in a car wreck and had a temporary memory loss. (I couldn't remember how old I was, etc) So they checked my head. Had a cat scan or something. I'm 24 now, and I don't think I've had it checked since.
