Yes, the theory is that you get more even, natural coverage and a moist sponge will 'set' the foundation. You need to wash the sponge regularly and rinse it well, at least weekly. Throw it away when it no longer washes clean or bits start falling off.

Yes. With a sponge you can blend foundation into the skin very well plus you won't get the oil from your hands on your face. You can buy triangle sponges in large bags so you can just use a sponge once and then just toss it.

A sponge will give you a more thorough and even application. You can use the sponge for a long long time as long as you make sure you clean it with a mild soap (think baby shampoo) once a week.

yes u can use a sponge for appling foundation but it is better to use a brush and powdered foundation. but if u use sponge than mak sure to wash it after every use with water. sponge will stay for long time.

yes u can apply foundation with a sponge just make sure to blend and blend! as soon as ur done using it for a day i think u should dispose of it! don't use it over and over, just once! and make sure they are clean and new not old ones that u had for like over 3 months.

personal preference on the applicator. try a new side of the sponge each day when no sides are left wash it or throw it out.

the correct way to apply foundation is with a make up wedge. 1 make up wedge can be used twice. one side of the wedge for 1 day...and the other side of the wedge for the 2nd day. throw away after 2 uses.

yes sponges give you an even coverage of foundation...you do not have to throw them out...you can wash them out with a shampoo such as johnson's baby shampoo.

i like using a sponge. i wet a tiny bit then squeeze the excess water out. it feels smoother when i do it like this. when you think its the sponge looks like its had its day buy a new one.

Usa cotton ball!
After one use throw it away. So many germs on it.
