There's only one difference between a male and female pharmacist...and it isn't job-related. As long as they are qualified and courteous, I would hire them, no matter what sex they are.

I would hire the best candidate, without taking into account anything like sex, religion, race or sexual orientation. Hiring using these things to qualify or disqualify a candidate is just plain wrong.
