I currently have 4 corn snakes all housed together (3 males 1 female) and I have had no problems. The only advice I can offer is keep them in a large enough enclosure, keep them well fed and after feeding them, wipe them down with a damp cloth to help take away the smell of the feed in them.

Two corn snakes are ok together, as long as they are either male and female, or female and female. Two males will fight.

They also need to be simular sizes. The big one should be no bigger than double the size of the smaller one. It wont eat the smaller one, but they can wrestle and they wont give in till one is hurt. If they are already together, and seem to be getting on, they should be ok.

If your still worried, get in touch with whoever you bought the snakes from. They might be able to give you advise.

no rely the dimensions of vivarium, corn snakes should not be saved mutually. There are various money owed of folk effectively preserving them mutually, yet in fact the snakes will boost into under pressure. interior the wild they may well be contemporary in close proximity to a minimum of one yet another, yet in assessment to captivity, interior the wild they are in a position to pass away. If there's a undertaking, they snakes would be in a persevering with under pressure state. this could promptly carry approximately well being issues. yet another undertaking with it is that a 4ft viv is probable too vast for a corn snake. The urge to hide is often better than something and in the variety of area the snake will experience insecure, apart from, i can work out your thinking on better area = extra snakes yet undergo in ideas which you will would desire to maintain a temperature gradient. you could no longer make it warm the two ends and funky interior the middle, so the snakes have one end each and every, it won't paintings like that and your snakes would be interior the incorrect temperature and get sick. additionally as i discussed, the would desire to hide is frequently the superb with corns, so as that they are going to the two the two equipment down one end and be under pressure with each and every others enterprise or take to distinctive ends and be no longer able to change. while human beings see snakes curled mutually its no longer because of the fact they're 'chuffed' being mutually, its because of the fact they the two choose that spot for thermo regulation. they're surely competing for the spot and getting under pressure. finally, corn snakes are colubrid snakes. A function of those varieties of snakes is they're in a position to be cannibalistic. even nonetheless corn snakes are much less possibly to consume one yet another than say, milk snakes, there remains achievable and not one you're able to positioned your pets in. thinking those 2 are the two male they are going to be extra possibly to combat and this implies extra possibly to objective and make a meal of one yet another! i think of you have 2 ideas, the two get something suitable for a 4 ft viv, like a beardie or water dragon, or sell your viv and get 2 2ft vivs or one 3ft viv and get one or 2 corn snake, as they're amazing creatures i can understand you extremely wanting them! desire this helps along with your determination slightly :)

make sure they are both well fed , and feed them in a separate cage, and you should do fine. snakes house well together for the most part, and as long as they are in a roomy tank and have enough to eat, you will do OK.
if you want more info what size snakes are they, and what size cage are you housing them in? this tells weather it will work.

I knew a guy that had a Reticulated python and a Burmese python. The Reticulated one killed the other. I'm no snake expert but I don't think snakes are social animals. I would definitely keep them separated.

NEVER put two snakes together that have never met eachother before and expect them to like eachother.

if they were the same size it would be ok, for the first several months, but there is always the chance that the bigger one eats the smaller one.
