I find it annoying when my mum goes on paltalk she gets all the bandwith and it is near impossible for me to go on. And she finds it annoying if I was already downloading something, and she can not go becouse it will be to slow. Is there a way were we always get the same slower but split speed? Eg so if we both are downloading something we would be downloading at the same speed, not first one gets all, seconds goes extremly slow.

Are you using work group or have small network with domain? I believe in work group you can't split the speed of splited adsl. If you have small network with domain than you can limit the bandwidth or you can define the user bandwidth with administrator rights.

No, sorry, but SOHO class routers don't have that capability.
