Yes, it is...being a part of a group is a sense of belonging. Now being in a group concerning differences by nation, religion, color or caste etc., isn't in itself bad, cause it helps us to relate to others concerning our own nation, religion, color or caste etc. However on the other hand they can be very bad when they tend to use their group to hate others or to cause diversity such as KKK, White Sapremist, Black Panthers...then the religion with Waco, Jim Jones in Guyana, Heavens Gate and as for nationality...a person can hear on the news at the why the world is. Being in a group isn't bad as long as each individual reaches out to others reguardless of nationality, religion, color or caste.
